The Maas Tower has a height of 165 meters which makes it the Benelux tallest building. The Maas Tower is located at Kop van Zuid in the South of Rotterdam near the iconic Erasmus Bridge This office building is named after the river Maas, as it has been built along this river and in fact its foundation is located within the river as it is actually built on a piece of reclaimed river.
Its 21 colors allow the Maastoren to blend into its surroundings. Dam architecten is pleased with it: "This is not a skyscraper, but a sky-caresser" they proudly claimed.
